Hi! Let me introduce myself. My name is Carla. I am married, with 4 children and 2 grandchildren. I became a Christian shortly after my last baby was born, over 15 years ago. I struggle daily to become a better wife, mother, and grandmother. Sometimes, by the grace of God, I get it right. And sometimes, I really mess it up. But I am always learning and hopefully growing. My inspiration comes from Proverbs 31. Not that I think I will ever fully become that woman. I'm not even sure that is possible. But if I set my sights on her, I'm likely to end up better than where I started. I don't claim to have any answers. What I write is my personal interpretation of my life experiences and what works for myself and my family. My sincere hope is that you would use this as a starting point, If I give you a recipe or a home remedy -- try it and make adjustments according to the needs and tastes of your family. If I show you a craft or DIY idea, please take it, personalize it, and make it yours. Most importantly, if I write about my spiritual life, please get out your Bible and check it for yourself.
